WHITE FLAG PROJECTS IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE ITS THIRD ANNUAL EXHIBITION OF ST. LOUIS AREA MFA, BFA, BA & MA CANDIDATES:

FAST TIMES 3 AT WHITE FLAG PROJECTS

Submissions from all students earning MFA, MA, BA, or BFA degrees at St. Louis area colleges and universities will be considered, including students attending Fontbonne University, Jefferson College, Lindenwood University, Maryville University, McKendree College, St. Charles Community College, St. Louis Community Colleges at Florissant Valley, Forest Park, & Meramec, St. Louis University, Southern Illinois Universities at Carbondale & Edwardsville, University of Missouri St. Louis, Washington University, Webster University.

An Exhibition of St. Louis Area MFA, BFA, BA & MA Candidates

WORK IN ALL MEDIA ARE ELIGIBLE. ACCEPTED ARTWORK MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE GALLERY PRIOR TO JUNE 6, 2009, AND MUST BE RETRIEVED BY JULY 25, 2009. STUDENTS RETURNING HOME PRIOR TO THOSE DATES MAY MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR DELIVERY & RETURN OF THEIR WORK. ARTWORK MAY HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY EXHIBITED IN DEPARTMENTAL, THESIS, OR OTHER SCHOOL-SPONSORED EXHIBITIONS.

NO MORE THAN 10 ARTISTS WILL BE SELECTED. SELECTIONS WILL BE MADE BY WHITE FLAG PROJECTS.

Artists are asked to submit up to 6 images in JPEG format on disc along with a checklist of
images including titles, dimensions, and media. ALL SUBMITTED IMAGES MUST REPRESENT
ARTWORK THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE EXHIBITION JUNE 20- JULY 18, 2009. A short statement or explanatory text may also be included with submissions at the discretion of
the submitting artist. JPEG files should be no more than 1 MB each in size. Video, animation, audio, and other time-based work should be submitted DVD or VHS and be 5 minutes in duration or less. Please include complete contact information with your checklist. Printed images will also be accepted. Submissions will not be returned.

Tuscany photo course open for registration

If you are interested in registering for the photo workshop in Tuscany this summer, you can register for PHOT 4000.62 now. The course is limited to five St. Louis students plus 3 from the Geneva campus, but the St. Louis spaces may be given to students from other campuses if they remain open after some time.

Be advised that this course is being offered by the Geneva campus, and any questions should be directed to the teacher, Francesco Arese Visconti.
