The St Louis Artists guild Illustrators / PHIL BERWICK TELLS THE MERFERD STORY Our Guest presenter will be St. Louis artist, Phil Berwick who will spin an amazing story of how he took his cartoon character, Merferd to a whole new level of street action a couple years ago after the Ferguson unrest. Phil has some great tales of making new friends in an old neighborhood with just art as a common denominator. This event is free and open to the public.
