Juror | Thad Duhigg This all-media exhibition addresses the surface quality of artworks. A fundamental element of artwork, texture can be expressed physically or visually.  This exhibition encourages the artist to focus on this element, and the implications it holds for the viewer.  It asks both artists and viewer to consider what the physicality of the work conveys. The phrase “surface level” often alludes to a shallow interpretation: this exhibition provides the opportunity to explore the depth of the exterior.
