Call for Work: Deadline 5 December 2012

CALL FOR ENTRY

"Square Foot Show" is an open theme group exhibition. Be creative! The only limitation is that your work must be 12 x 12. (12x12x12 for 3D work) There is no limit to the number of entries that may be submitted. There is no jury for this exhibition (though we reserve the right to reject artwork
in extreme cases). Go crazy!

Calendar:

• November 3, 10, 17, 24 or December 1 (1-4pm) - Early artwork dropoff (Preferred!)
• December 5 (7pm) - Submission deadline & final dropoff opportunity
• December 7th (7pm-1am) - Opening Exhibition & Holiday Ball
• December 22 (11 - 4pm) - Artwork pickup
• January 4th (6-12pm) - Final Artwork pickup

Please read and follow all instructions very carefully.

Submission Rules:

• Artwork may be submitted during open gallery hours on Saturdays between 1 - 4pm, or during the December networking meeting.
• Final deadline for submissions is December 5, 2012
• Artist will sign contract at drop off
• All artwork must be clearly labeled with the following:
• Your name, address, phone number, email.
• Submission fee is $5 per piece.
• ArtDimensions membership is not required to participate. (Current members who show their cards at drop-off are eligible for discounted entry fee.)
• ArtDimensions will collect a 30% commission on all work sold.
