SEEN 2011
Every December, lovers of photography come to Studio Altius to view a collection of the best photography created in that year from St. Louis area photographers. This show is called SEEN and it celebrates photographers, professional and amateur, across all genres. It is the culmination of a contest to find the best of the best in St. Louis. We want to see what our best photographers have SEEN.
Our annual SEEN show is 5 years old this year! To celebrate, we are making this year's contest and show bigger than it has even been! More sponsors, more prizes, more images in the show in December, more competition, more press, more, more, more!! We are expecting over 500 submissions this year for 150 spots in the finals, so pick out your best work from November of last year through October of this year and get it submitted.do it. Deadline for submissions is October 26, 2011.
Categories for this year's competition are: ABSTRACT, ACTION, ARCHITECTURE, BABIES, CHILDREN, DIGITAL ART, FASHION, FAUNA, FLORA, HUMOR, LANDSCAPE, PHOTOJOURNALISM, PORTRAIT, SELF-PORTRAIT, TRAVEL, and WEDDING.
