Free (and legal!) Photoshop

Photoshop Express is a new web-based application that will let you upload, edit, sort, store up to 2 GB, and share images online. It's now out in beta (not yet the final release), and you can get in for free.

Photoshop Express doesn't offer the full range of tools in the regular Photoshop application, but will still have its place. You need to use a Flash-enabled browser to get there, but check it out at www.photoshop.com/express.
