Call for Work: Deadline 1 November 2007

From view camera to toy camera, from Polaroid emulsion transfer to photolithography, Art Coop wants to see your work. Artists utilizing the photographic medium in any way are invited to submit three works each for exhibition at Photogrammar, opening November 9 at Art Coop.

Photogrammar is Art Coop's annual survey of the breadth and depth of St. Louis' photographic community. It is open to all artists living within 75 miles of downtown St. Louis. Art will be exhibited in the Central West End at three locations: 4519 Olive, 4515 Olive and 462 North Taylor (three doors down the street). Art exhibited on Olive Street will hang from November 9 to 11. Art exhibited on Taylor will hang from November 9 to December 4. Please request a location when submitting art to this CFA.

Art Coop charges no gallery commission on sales of your work, but there is a $25 entry fee per artist (not per work), payable on installation of your work. Exhibition is limited to the first 40 artists accepted

Deadline for received submissions is November 1. But don't delay submitting. Submissions will be reviewed as received and accepted or rejected only until we have 40 artists accepted. 7 artist slots are already filled.
