Gallery Associate job, Craft Alliance Art Gallery

The Gallery Sales Associate assists customers with purchases, provides customer services such as shipping and gift wrap, assists with annual inventory, acts as a docent for exhibitions and assists with special events in the gallery. This position’s goal is to create a lasting and pleasant relationship with Craft Alliance customers and artists. This is a part-time position. MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS. Fun Atmosphere! Flexible Schedule!

The successful candidate will have:

• If Possible, previous sales experience
• If Possible, Gallery experience
• Strong oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of or Interest in art
• Prepared to work weekends and some Friday evenings for exhibition openings
