DARKEST DREAMS A LIGHTED WAY

DEADLINE SEPTEMBER 1, 2007

THEME
This exhibit will feature artists that have suffered from some type of abuse (physical, emotional, mental, sexual, emotional), neglect, and mental anguish or their artwork someway teaches awareness, helps express what others who have been abused can't. This exhibit will not be for the faint of heart, because it's about truth, reality and awareness.

QUALIFICATION
1-2 Artworks Per Artist will be chosen
18+ years
All Mediums
Produced after January 1, 2006
Maximum width and height to 72"
Artwork must fit the theme

REQUIREMENTS
Artwork needs to be hung/installed by artist (unless arrangements are made otherwise)
Artists must be present at the opening (unless living in another state)
Artist must provide a 8"x10" framed statement about their (SPECIFIC) art for the show, and it must be hung next to the work.
20$ Min Entry to help me pay for the space and promotion (IF ACCEPTED)

OPTIONAL
Snack, goodies of any kind for the opening
Open for suggestions
