Dedicated to the cultural, aesthetic and economic value of Women's Art for over 30 years.
RECOGNITION ADVOCACY EDUCATION INCLUSION
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join the Women's Caucus for Art.
The mission of WCA is to support and encourage the growth and development of ALL women in the arts. Artists, students, teachers, curators, historians, critics, collectors and art lovers- everyone is welcome! WCA is a place where we ALL can belong.
Here are some of the exciting opportunities that St. Louis Chapter has to offer our membersŠ.
1. Share your art and meet with other artists at the bimonthly Art meetings
2. Take advantage of our frequent local Exhibition Opportunities - this year to include a collaborative traveling exhibition' Katrina Diaries' in June and the international juried exhibition 'Contemporary Women's Artist XIV' in September.
3. Enjoy reading four informative, jam-packed newsletters each year
4. Network and learn about breaking news on our Yahoo Group
5. Have your work and artist statement displayed on the new WCA-STL website coming this summer
6. Participate in inter-chapter activities

In our current cultural climate the need for advocacy for the arts is urgent, and the need for advocacy for women in the arts has always been a constant. We are asking you to take an active role in shaping the future of this chapter, of the arts and of women artists. We invite you to participate in the Women's Caucus for Art. WCA MEMBERSHIP
Regular membership $50 •membership requires 4 hours of volunteer time per year. ($30 to national/$20 to local)
Professional membership $50 • membership requires 4 hours of volunteer time a year. ($30 to national/$20 to local)
Institutional membership $75 • ($50 to national/$25 to local)
Supporting membership $100 • ($30 to national/$75 to local)
Lifetime membership $775 • ($500 to national/$275 to local)
Subsidized membership student or limited income $30 • ($25 to national/$5 to local). In return those receiving scholarship for their dues will be expected to volunteer 10 hours to the Caucus over the next 12 months. Anyone applying for the scholarship should send a paragraph along with their membership form stating why they should be eligible for the scholarship or hardship funds. Students should send a copy of their student id.
