Marvelous Things: The Art of Still LifeJuror:        Aline SmithsonDeadline:  Monday, November 3, 2014

Still life is one of the great traditional art forms. Its roots in photography go back to the earliest days of the medium, and its modern practitioners include many of the 19th and 20th Century photographic masters. You are invited to share some of your still life work for the PhotoPlace Gallery exhibition, Marvelous Things, and we invite you to push the limits of how you think of "still life".

We could not be more pleased that Aline Smithson will be the juror for this exhibition. She will select 40 photographs for exhibition on the walls of PhotoPlace Gallery and on the gallery website.  An additional 35 images will be chosen for the On-Line Gallery Annex.
