NPPA REGION 7 PHOTO EVENT
DATE: SUNDAY, APRIL 27, 2008
TIME: 1-5 P.M.

LOCATION: Paul Miller Building on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK

Our next NPPA R7 Photo Event is co-hosted Karen E. Segrave, Region 7 Director and staff photographer with the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and Jack Hodgson, Associate Professor, School of Journalism & Broadcasting, OSU. Our featured guest speakers are Dan Hale, staff photographer with the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and Doug Magditch, Region 7 TV POY from KYTV/Springfield, MO. Dan will present a program on the "Highs and Lows of Multimedia" and focusing on things that can hurt and help a Multimedia project. Doug will show his TV POY winning cips from KYTV.

We'll have lots of door prizes to give away thanks to our friends at Think Tank Photo, Gerber, Nikon, Canon. The cost is FREE! Pizza, sandwiches, and drinks will be provided.

We are also planning another R7 Photo Slideshow to wrap up the afternoon. If you are planning to attend and want to participate in the slideshow, e-mail your photos to ksegrave@arkansasonline.com. Both TV and still photographers are encouraged to show their work.
